Crocker Park Phase III* - Westlake, OH

Crocker Park Phase III was a 20+ acre mixed-use development, which included the construction of multiple multi-story buildings, parking garages, and roadways. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the design of the roadways, sidewalks, and infrastructure for the project.

Crocker Park Townhomes* - Westlake, OH

Tucked away behind the commercial portion of Crocker Park, these luxury townhomes were designed to give the owners privacy without compromising the ease of access to the amenities at Crocker Park. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the design of roadways, sidewalks, and infrastructure for the project.

Royalton Collection* - Strongsville, OH

This commercial development included the rehabilitation of an existing office building and the addition of multiple commercial buildings on a 15+ acre site. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the management and design of site, including site layout, grading, infrastructure, and stormwater management.

Meadow Lakes* - North Ridgeville, OH

Meadow Lakes is a single-family subdivision that sprawls across several hundred acres. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the design of several phases of the project, from conceptual design through construction documents.

Convergent* - Westlake, OH

Convergent is a three-story office building constructed on a old parking lot. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for managing and designing the site, including the site layout, utilities, and underground stormwater management system.

Pro Football Hall of Fame Village* - Canton, OH

The Pro Football Hall of Fame Village is a multi-phase project that consists of a new NFL stadium, multiple youth football fields, hotels, waterpark, experience center, mixed-use, multi-family residential, and supporting infrastructure. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the management and design of site, including roadway and infrastructure, athletic fields, and stormwater management. Mr. Osterhout designed one of Ohio’s largest underground stormwater management facilities as part of this project.

Swagelok Headquarters* - Solon, OH

The Swagelok Global Headquarters included the addition of over 250,000 square feet of office space to their existing manufacturing facility, coupled with additional parking, utility relocations, and two stormwater management basins. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the management and design of the site design.

Quarter II* - Cleveland, OH

This multi-family apartment building included parking layout, infrastructure design, an underground stormwater management facility, and utility relocation. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the management and design of the site.

Springhill Suites* - Independence, OH

Springhill Suites was a redevelopment project of an existing parking lot to a hotel in business district of Independence. This site saw many site constraints such as multiple gas transmission lines, overhead electric transmission lines, and wetlands. In addition to designing the site, Mr. Osterhout also was the construction manager for the site work.

ALDI* – Various Locations

Mr. Osterhout designed and managed multiple projects across Northeast Ohio, including site layout, grading, utility design, and stormwater management design.

Pinecrest* - Orange, OH

Pinecrest is a mixed-use development that includes retail, restaurants, and multi-family living with supporting infrastructure. Mr. Osterhout was prepared various conceptual plans for the project.

INFINITI of Beachwood* - Beachwood, OH

Mr. Osterhout designed the site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management for this dealership located in Beachwood, Ohio.

Crestmont Buick GMC* - Beachwood, OH

Mr. Osterhout designed the site layout, grading, utilities, and stormwater management for this dealership located in Beachwood, Ohio.

CarMax* - Warrensville Heights, OH

Mr. Osterhout prepared conceptual design and construction documents for this dealership located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

Rockside Place* - Independence, OH

This project included the realignment of an existing road, storm sewer improvements, and the extension of an existing waterline. Mr. Osterhout was responsible for the management and design of the project.
